Medical Practice Manager

EJI Recruiting is seeking a Medical Practice Manager to join their busy and growing predominantly cash-based/self-pay medical practice in Broomfield, CO. The role involves strategic and day-to-day management of staff, payroll, employee benefits, HR compliance, financial performance, and business operations.

As a Medical Practice Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to administrative and clinical support staff, manage recruitment and training, oversee payroll and employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle employee relations. You will also be responsible for financial management, including budget preparation and monitoring, tracking KPIs, and overseeing billing and collections. Additionally, you will collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with patient care and lead the adoption of technology-driven process improvements.
