About the Role
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for checking in all patients, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays, maintaining up-to-date patient records using NextGen, confirming completion of pre-check work, scheduling follow-up appointments, maintaining office cleanliness and stock, handling administrative duties, and responding to emails and phone calls.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience (retail background acceptable).
- Strong tenure with at least 6+ months in each previous role.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills (eligible for $18/hr pay).
