About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will serve as a guide for members from their arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless check-in process and addressing their care needs. Your responsibilities will include updating member information in the electronic medical records system, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, and assisting with center events.
About You
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
- Passion for providing quality experiences for senior members.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and electronic medical record systems.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a changing work environment.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience working with EMR systems.
