About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, completing patient registrations, updating records, collecting payments, and ensuring timely patient care. You will collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a positive environment and assist with various administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Medical Receptionist certification.
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar customer service position.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic knowledge of insurance processes.
