About You
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting as a Medical Record Technician or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Maintains Heartsaver CPR AED certification through the American Heart Association.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical record procedures.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
- Experience with electronic health records management.
- Ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and work requirements.
