As a Medical Revenue Cycle - Patient Liaison, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits, collaborating with insurance representatives, assisting Patient Care Coordinators, and directly communicating with patients to resolve billing issues. Your role will also include researching patient accounts, taking payments, and fulfilling requests for itemized statements.
About You
Required:
- Basic office skills (faxing and transcribing).
- Ability to file documents electronically.
- Some knowledge of medical billing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to talk with both providers and patients.
- Ability to be positive, friendly and deliver on tasks assigned.
