About the Role

As a Medical Screener - Reception Technician, you will assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, which includes assessing health history, answering medical questions, performing health screenings, and maintaining donor data. You will also educate new donors about the donation process and ensure a safe and clean environment while following all health and safety regulations.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.

Preferred:

Bilingual skills may be required to meet the needs of the business.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
