About the Role
As a Medical Secretary/Medical Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, prepare medical charts, and assist healthcare providers during patient visits. You will also handle clerical tasks, maintain accurate financial transactions, and collaborate with nursing support staff to address clinical concerns.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in handling clerical tasks and medical record systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical office setting.
