About the Role
About You
- Successful completion of certified nurse assistant (CNA) and/or medical assistant certification.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Experience in the Mental Health/SUD field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Flexible with scheduling and willing to travel as needed.
