- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- Prior experience in group insurance including life, accident, or disability.
- Knowledge in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical conditions.
