Medication Nurse

Ivy Living is seeking a part-time Medication Nurse, LVN / LPN to join their team at Ivy Park at La Palma, CA. The role involves supervising and assisting in the administration of medications to residents under the direction of attending physicians.

As a Medication Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, maintaining medication records, coordinating with pharmacies and physicians, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and company policies. You will also assist residents with their prescribed medications and monitor their medication intake.
