New Vitae Wellness and Recovery offers a comprehensive continuum of residential and outpatient behavioral health services to adults over 18. Our integrated model provides holistic, person-centered care to those we serve including families and allies. New Vitae Wellness and Recovery has developed specialized services to assist individuals that have encountered limited access to care, including young adults ages 18 to 25, veterans, and those recovering from brain injuries. Housing options, including personal care homes, 24/7 staffed apartments, and supported independent living apartments, are located in Bucks County and Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. New Vitae Mental Health Center, located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, offers a variety of outpatient services, including our partial hospital program, strength-based and trauma-informed planning and care, and Certified Peer Supports. In addition to the mental health center, New Vitae Wellness and Recovery facilities include Mount Trexler Manor, Quakertown House and multiple Young Adult and Pathways apartment locations.
