About the Role
As a Meeting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing event registration support, managing registration systems, preparing financial reports, coordinating hotel and exhibitor logistics, and ensuring high levels of service to participants. You will also manage communications with stakeholders and support the logistics of meetings, including equipment and inventory coordination.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year supporting events.
Preferred:
- Experience with registration, room block management, budgeting, and advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AMS Personify; InDesign is a plus.
