About the Role
About You
- Minimum of two (2) years melting experience in a foundry, preferably with induction melting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Experience with coreless induction furnaces, DISA vertical molding, and Isocure core making.
- Five (5) years of experience in a foundry.
- Some college and/or additional training in Metallurgy.
