As a Member Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with transactions, deposits, and loans. Your responsibilities will include processing loan applications, providing expert advice on financial products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will engage in face-to-face interactions with members, analyze their needs, and recommend appropriate financial solutions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Two or more years in a sales environment, preferably with financial products and services.
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience.
- Two years of experience in a financial institution.
- Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
