As a Member Experience Representative I, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming members, providing tours of the facility, handling customer inquiries, processing memberships and program registrations, and ensuring a high-quality member experience. You will also be expected to represent the YMCA brand professionally and invest in your personal development through training.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of customer service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
Preferred:
- Coursework toward a bachelor’s degree.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to support team members by covering additional shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills and solution-oriented.
