About the Role
As a Member Experience Specialist, you will manage account maintenance, address complex member inquiries, handle debit card services, promote financial wellness, and build strong relationships with both new and existing members. You will provide friendly service, manage IRA accounts, resolve account issues, assist with electronic banking tools, educate members on financial wellness, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
About You
Required:- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of customer service in a bank or financial institution.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Proficient in technology and digital banking tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Must register annually as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS.
