About the Role

As a Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Product Manager, you will manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance (AML/KYC/Sanctions) while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation. Your responsibilities include analyzing regulations, developing appropriate controls, and overseeing performance metrics for compliance systems. You will also lead cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.

About You

Required:

5+ years of relevant product management experience.
Proven experience in developing compliance systems within FinCrime, AML, KYC, fraud, at a regulated retail financial services/exchange.
Deep understanding of financial crime regulations (AML/KYC/Sanctions) and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
Written your own smart contract or dApp.
Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
