As a Member Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and providers, ensuring customer satisfaction with services. Your responsibilities include increasing the use of StationMD, helping clients implement services, managing invoices, addressing customer issues, and working with the growth team to generate new business. You will also need to travel up to 30% of the time.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- BS/BA in healthcare or business field.
- Must live in Pennsylvania.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with the I/DD population.
- Experience engaging with providers.
- Background in sales and customer service.
