- 3-5 years of call center experience required.
- 3-5 years of financial institution experience required.
- Understanding of debit/credit card fraud.
- Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and other credit union software.
- Tech-savvy individual with a high degree of adaptability to adjust quickly to change and priorities.
