About the Role
As a Member Service Associate, you will welcome members and visitors, process financial transactions, detect and report fraud, build member relationships, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, promote self-service resources, participate in cross-selling initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma (or GED) and customer service experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing dynamic environment.
