About the Role
As a Member Service Center Representative, you will play a vital role in our members' financial journeys by providing exceptional service for inbound and outbound member inquiries, troubleshooting member issues, verifying member information, promoting and cross-selling products, and assisting with new product or procedure implementation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Six months of call center or branch experience with a financial institution preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of banking principles and customer service standards.
