Summary

About the Role
As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and explaining Credit Union products and services, performing routine member transactions, opening and closing accounts, resolving member issues, and maintaining a professional attitude. You will support members through various communication channels and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Ability to operate a PC and related software programs with average speed and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members and employees.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
