About the Role
As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, resolving member inquiries, and providing transactional services for deposit and loan products. You will also promote additional financial services based on member needs and assist with teller functions as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Twelve (12) months of Sales/Teller/Member Service Experience for MSR I.
Preferred:
- Twelve (12) months of Financial Services Background for MSR I.
- Eighteen (18) months of Financial Services Background for MSR II.
