Summary
Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Member Services Representative (Temporary) (Bilingual Spanish) to join their team in Monterey County, CA. This temporary position is estimated to last 3+ months, requiring a hybrid work schedule.
About the Role
As a Member Services Representative, you will act as the frontline customer service representative, providing assistance to members and providers primarily by phone. Your responsibilities will include facilitating non-medical transportation benefits for members and performing other assigned duties. You will work closely with the Member Services Supervisor and be part of a team dedicated to empowering members to understand Alliance services and improve their health and well-being.
About You
Required:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in member services, health care, public assistance, or human services.
Preferred:
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Knowledge of Windows-based PC systems and Microsoft Office applications.
