About the Role
As a Membership & Operations Manager, you will manage the annual budget, prepare financial reports, draft governance documents, organize meetings, supervise staff, and maintain relationships with client volunteer leaders. You will also manage ad hoc projects and ensure effective communication within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, including direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with budgets, financial reports, and CMS platforms.
- Demonstration of previous writing and editing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Prior experience with association healthcare organizations and volunteer management.
- Database experience and website skills.
