About the Role
As a Memory Care and Life Enrichment Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that promotes resident wellness and independence. Your duties will include conducting wellness assessments, training and leading the Memory Care clinical team, delivering health promotion services, and ensuring compliance with infection control regulations. You will also engage with residents and families to provide compassionate care and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Current Social Work licensure, Dementia Care Professional certification, or LPN licensure.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in dementia care.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
