About the Role
As a Memory Care Leader, you will collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to manage the operations of the Legacy Lane programs. Your responsibilities will include educating staff and the community on dementia care, developing personalized service plans for residents, maintaining communication with staffing coordinators, conducting interviews for new team members, and ensuring a safe environment for residents.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.
