Your responsibilities include conducting daily wellness check-ins, leading staff training sessions, maintaining mental-health documentation, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all campers and staff.

About You

Required:

Minimum 25 years of age.
Education or experience in counseling, psychology, social work, youth development, or related fields preferred.
Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

Membership in the Girl Scout organization.
Additional mental-health training (e.g., Youth Mental Health First Aid, trauma-informed care).
