About the Role
As a Mental Health IOP Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy using evidence-based techniques, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and support their engagement in ongoing treatment.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and/or CAC, CCMHC, NCC certification (or equal certification).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the treatment field, specifically group and individual therapy.
- Strong understanding of treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Preferred state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Working knowledge of the DSM-V and ability to recognize criteria sets for mental health disorders.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders.
