Summary

About the Role
As a Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager, you will work as part of an Assertive Community Team, responsible for the care, welfare, treatment, and safety of clients. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual counseling, facilitating group work, and managing client financial needs. You will also be involved in crisis management and ensuring adherence to best practice principles.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness, or a graduate degree with at least 2,000 post BA hours.
Preferred:
- License which may be required based on education and standards determined by educational/degree guidelines.
- Ability to conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans.
