About the Role
As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will participate in facilitating patient and family learning throughout the continuum of care, perform patient assessments, provide diagnostic and therapeutic treatment services, and function as a member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. You will also provide individual, group, and family-based therapies, complete psychosocial assessments, and coordinate after-care with outpatient providers. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, providing crisis intervention, and supporting the vision and values of the organization.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field.
- Current unrestricted Oregon LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure OR the ability to obtain state board licensure as a Registered Associate or CSWA within 3 years of hire date.
- One year of experience in the behavioral health field.
Preferred:
- Current unrestricted Oregon LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure.
- Experience in a behavioral health inpatient or residential setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English communication.
