Summary
Clarvida is seeking a Mental Health Professional/BCBA to join their team in Auburn, WA. The role involves working with adults who need additional behavior supports after being discharged from lower levels of care.
About the Role
As a Mental Health Professional, you will create Safety and Crisis Plans and Individual Behavior Support Plans for clients, meet with them weekly to work towards their goals, and engage with family members and residential staff to provide education and support. You will also maintain documentation of client progress and behaviors, and participate in after-hour phone crisis response approximately once every three months.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- 2 years of direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional.
- Eligible as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH.
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance.
