About the Role
As a Mental Health Technician, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, monitor patient behavior, and support treatment interventions. Your responsibilities will include observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, participating in crisis intervention, and collaborating with the treatment team to support individualized treatment goals.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to interact therapeutically with patients while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience working in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting.
