About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and optional family/couples therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and outside providers. The position allows for a flexible schedule with a mix of in-office and telehealth sessions, requiring at least 3 days per week in the Charlotte office.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
- Active North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT preferred; LCMHCA, LCSWA, or LMFTA also considered).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and work with empathy.
