About the Role
About You
- Earned master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in psychology, counseling, or social work.
- Individually licensed in Texas with an active license in good standing.
- At least one year of professional experience as a licensed/pre-licensed therapist.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Professional counseling experience with couples, families, and groups.
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
- Experience with insurance billing and mental health documentation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with a diverse patient population.
