About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnose mental/emotional disorders, and create treatment intervention plans. You will engage with patients and families to enhance their mental health strengths and provide various clinical treatment interventions. Responsibilities also include initiating legal acts when necessary, facilitating psychosocial adjustments, and maintaining accurate records of mental health activities.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
Florida state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Two years of direct clinical experience in a health or mental health setting.
Preferred:
Experience with crisis intervention and various therapeutic modalities.
Subspecialty credentialing in areas such as EMDR or CBT.
