About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering brief therapeutic interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, and collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. You will also participate in group activities, ensure mandated reporting, and work independently while maintaining organization and collaboration with community agencies.

About You

Required:

Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.

Preferred:

Experience working with patients with mental health or substance use disorders.
