About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work collaboratively with school staff, students, and families to enhance mental health support systems. Your responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, delivering teletherapy, and building relationships with school staff and families. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in case consultations.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Active license in Georgia to deliver mental health care independently.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing.
- Experience delivering care via telehealth.
- Strong technological skills and ability to learn new systems.
Preferred:
- Fluency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
- Experience working in a shorter-term model of care delivery.
- Experience with parent guidance.
- Active NPI number.
- CAQH credentialing set up.
