About the Role
About You
- Master's or other graduate degrees in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track for LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC license OR be fully licensed as LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong clinical and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with youth and families.
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate ethics and boundaries.
- Timely submission of documentation of services.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.
- Training and/or experience with the DC 0-5 diagnostic assessment.
- Knowledge of effective early childhood mental health interventions.
- Familiarity with early childhood mental health treatment terminology, trends, and developments.
- Knowledge and openness to learn about trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming approaches, and cultural diversity.
- Experience working with young children (ages 0-5) and their caregivers or a strong desire to learn.
