About the Role
As a Mental Health Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a harmonious living environment for residents, teaching daily living skills, implementing individual service plans, providing support and direction, and assisting with community integration. You will also be involved in record-keeping, medication monitoring, and participating in staff meetings and training programs.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- College courses in the Humanities or Social Sciences.
- Two years of experience working with mentally handicapped individuals.
