About the Role

As a Mental Health Worker, you will be responsible for role modeling standards of performance, communicating with patients to meet their needs, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit. Your tasks will include monitoring, interacting with patients, and assisting in group activities, particularly in an adult inpatient general treatment unit.
