About the Role
As a MEP Project Estimator, you will be responsible for processing RFPs, RFQs, and internal pricing requests, coordinating contributions from various teams into proposals, ensuring compliance with bidding regulations, and developing presentations for clients. You will also operate internal estimating systems and implement quality assurance controls to minimize risk.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- At least 10 years of experience with MEP estimating and understanding of project management efforts.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and their impact on costs.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Construction ERP Software (E-Builder).
- Experience working with NY City or State agencies.
