About You
- 4-6 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Business or a related field, or equivalent.
- Experience utilizing Waterfall and Scrum (Agile) Project Management methodologies.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and online project management tools (SharePoint, Redmine, Jira/Confluence, etc).
- Project Management Certification.
- Written and/or verbal Japanese language support experience.
- Strong understanding of principles related to the ideation and development of licensed and exclusive merchandise.
- Understanding of the retail landscape, including customer behavior and market trends.
- Direct to consumer experience including strategy and operations, marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience knowledge.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $105,300 - $168,500 annually.
- Potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus.
