About the Role
As a Merchant Services Consultant II, you will be responsible for generating new revenue, developing Merchant Services relationships, and partnering with Commercial Relationship Managers to advise on solutions, pricing, and risk. You will devise and execute plans to achieve sales goals, conduct client reviews, and ensure excellent client service while maintaining communication with internal partners.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or H.S. Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- Sufficient knowledge and understanding of Merchant Services solutions and competitive practices.
Preferred:
- 10 years of Merchant Services experience.
- 5 years of sales/business development experience.
- ETA-CPP Certification or commitment to obtain certification.
