About the Role
As a Contingent Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, plan, and deliver speech-language pathology services, develop and revise care plans in collaboration with physicians and clients, educate clients and caregivers on treatment techniques, document clinical findings, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. You will also supervise home health aides and mentor new staff as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
- Registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the state of practice if applicable.
- Current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
Preferred:
- Ability to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision.
- Commitment to maintaining clinical practice skills and adhering to agency policies.
