About You
- 8+ years of software/technology experience in IT organization, processes, applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, and cyber-security.
- 8+ years of experience synthesizing data and identifying risks and value-creation opportunities.
- 8+ years of M&A product tech/software diligence experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing engagement objectives and business development.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years consulting and/or industry experience, or an MBA with 6+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience at a top strategy consulting firm or private equity/M&A strategy focused boutique consulting firm.
- MBA or technology-related advanced degree with 8+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience leading digital transformation efforts across ERP, cloud, and custom-developed technologies.
- Experience leading pre- and post-merger M&A IT activities.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $175k–$323k.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
