About You
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing MES (Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva) technology application solutions.
- 5 years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, and solution delivery.
- Experience using analytics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and System Architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Prior Consulting experience.
- 3+ years of experience with the (Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva) platform.
- Certification provided by software vendor.
- Strong analytical skills and data mining knowledge.
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
- Experience leading a project team in a client environment.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130,800 - $241,000.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
