About the Role
As a Metallurgical Engineer, you will collaborate with process and product engineers to optimize aluminum product performance for various markets including automotive and beverage packaging. Your responsibilities will include reviewing mill capabilities, establishing rolling parameters, providing technical leadership during operations, analyzing product quality, and mentoring early-career engineers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred:
- 0–3 years of experience in metals manufacturing, rolling, casting, or related industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO, IATF, or other applicable regulations.
- Exposure to aluminum rolling processes, flat rolled products, or continuous improvement in manufacturing settings.
