About the Role
As an Infectious Disease Physician, you will be responsible for clinical practice, supervising and teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. You will provide consultations on infectious diseases, assist in outpatient clinic goals, participate in subspecialty committees, and manage the Infectious Disease/Internal Medicine team. The role includes administrative activities, performance improvement, and staying informed on developments in disease management.
About You
Required:
- MD/DO degree or equivalent in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the relevant states.
- Completion of residency training approved by ACGME or AOA.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for medical care.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
